Welcome to the 1st Swiss NeuroWeek 2026 in Bern!

Dear Members,
Dear Colleagues,

We are delighted to welcome you to the 1st Swiss NeuroWeek, taking place from 18–20 November 2026 at BERNEXPO in Bern.

This inaugural event brings together several neuroscience disciplines and societies on a common national platform to share current developments in research, clinical practice and innovation.

The meeting is jointly organized by the Swiss Neurological Society (SNS), Swiss Society of Clinical Neurophysiology (SSCN) and Swiss Headache Society (SHS), with the Swiss League Against Epilepsy (SLAE) and the Swiss Society for Cognitive and Behavioural Neurology (SSCBN) joining as guest societies.

Under the overarching theme “The Ageing and Resilient Brain”, the Scientific Committee has created a diverse and engaging three-day program featuring keynote lectures, scientific sessions, workshops, teaching courses and satellite symposia.

Wednesday will focus on the programs of SHS, SLAE, SSCN and SFND (Schweizerischer Fachverband für Neurophysiologische Diagnostik).
On Thursday and Friday, participants can look forward to a broad scientific program including workshops, update on the Swiss Brain Health Plan, keynote lectures, parallel sessions, the SAYN GemSession, WIN Workshop and much more.
The satellite symposia will take place over all three days on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

We also warmly invite you to visit our industry partners in the exhibition area and discover the latest developments, technologies and innovations. We sincerely thank all our sponsors and exhibitors for their valuable support.

A special highlight will be the Networking Event on Thursday, 19 November 2026, at the Kornhauskeller in the heart of Bern. We hope you will join us for an enjoyable evening of exchange and networking in this unique setting.

We look forward to welcoming you to Bern and to this exciting 1st Swiss NeuroWeek. We hope you will enjoy an inspiring, enriching and memorable meeting with colleagues from across the Swiss neuroscience community.
